If the course is buffering too long, gets our of sync, or has trouble loading from page to page, please try these two things first:
- Try logging in to KIT Academy in a different browser. Most computers have more than one browser available (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.). They are available to download for free if you need to try a new one.
- If you can't try a new browser, please try another device.
If the issue isn't resolved, you may try one of these options:
