If your computer starts slowing down or has a tendency to crash often, here are some ideas to try out:
- Check to see if you have too many applications or programs open, and close out the ones you don't need.
- Close out unnecessary browser tabs. Additional tabs require computer system resources, so, having too many tabs open will eventually slow down your computer and ultimately affect your internet connection.
- For Windows users, check for a Windows update by going to the Windows search field (located in the lower-left corner by default), type in "update", click "Check for updates" which will open a pop-up window, click on "Check for updates" button, and follow instructions.

If you have a weak internet signal, have internet connectivity issues or suddenly lose internet connection, here are some ideas to try out:

If possible, connect to the internet via ethernet cable. Otherwise, move as close as possible to the Wi-Fi router.
- Sometimes restarting the browser might help by closing out your browser and then starting it up again.
- If connected with ethernet cable, unplug and re-plug ethernet cable into computer.
- If connecting via Wi-Fi, turn off Wi-Fi and then turn back on.
