Military personnel moving to a different branch or installation

If you are moving to another installation, it's important that we remove you from the old group and add you to the new group in KIT Academy.

Please follow the steps in this order;

• Your manager can remove you from the current group or groups. They can:
  1. Go to your Group > Enrollments.
  2. Locate the learner who's leaving and 'X' the groups that no longer apply.
  3. Save.

•  You can make sure that you get added to the new/correct group by changing your profile answers. 
  1. Sign in to KIT Academy. 
  2. From your Dashboard, select the roundel with your initials in the top right corner, then click on your name.
  3. Select Profile Details.
  4. "X" out of the installation you are leaving in the Installation field. Begin typing the name of your new installation. When you see it appear in the dropdown, select it.
  5. Save.
