If you are moving to another installation, it's important that we remove you from the old group and add you to the new group in KIT Academy.
Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to KIT Academy.
- Select the roundel with your initials in the top right corner, then click on your name.
- Select Profile Details.
- In the Installation field, "X" out of the installation you are leaving. Begin typing the name of your new installation. When you see it appear in the dropdown, select it.
- Select Save.
Your manager can follow these instructions:
- Find the user in your User list or search their name and open their profile.
- Select Groups from the top navigation.
- Under Group Memberships, "X" out of the installation that they are no longer at.
- Select Save.
