As a manager, you only have access to the users in your installation's group. If you have a new hire who has a KIT Academy account from another installation, they can transfer themselves, or you can submit a request to KIT Academy Tech Support to transfer them.
For a user to transfer their own account, please have them follow these steps:
- Sign in to KIT Academy.
- Select the roundel with your initials in the top right corner, then click on your name.
- Select Profile Details.
- In the Installation field, "X" out of the installation you are leaving. Begin typing the name of your new installation. When you see it appear in the dropdown, select it.
- Select Save.
