If an individual on your team is leaving, please complete the following:
First, do not disable their account. We find that many individuals return or transfer later to another branch or installation. We keep account data for 4 years before determining the account is inactive.
In this case, it's best to go into your group and remove them.
- Go to your group.
- Select enrollments from the top tab.
- Select the learner.
- Click on the group/s you want to remove them from ('x' the groups that no longer apply).
