If an individual on your team is leaving, please complete the following:
First, do not disable their account. We find that many individuals return or transfer later to another branch or installation. We keep account data for 4 years before determining the account is inactive.
In this case, it's best to go into your group and remove them. Follow these steps:
- Go to your Group > Enrollments.
- Locate the learner who's leaving and 'X' the groups that no longer apply.
- Save.
